Responsibilities: • SCHEDULE IS KEY - MUST PUSH WORKFORCE TO STAY ON SCHEDULE, • Works closely with Project Manager, Foreman and assistant supervisors to check quality of work and ensure work progresses as scheduled, • Routinely provides 2 week look ahead schedule based on existing CPM schedule, • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure work progresses as scheduled, • Verify measurements and calculations taken by assistant supervisors on a weekly basis, • Review daily site paperwork such as sign in sheets, reports, delivery logs, photo documentation taken by site supervisor assistants, • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, • Ensure health and safety requirements are followed, • Must be able to read drawings and understand related specification, • Must have experience with Bluebeam and CAD, • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields, • Highly organized and excels at effective communication, • Strong math skills to calculate irregular volumes and distance and document calculations, • OSHA 30 minimum requirement
