Perform the required activities related to the reporting of the PPAs Perform the required activities related to the issuance of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) or monitoring the status and position of those. Communicate settlement amounts arising from market operations to Accounting & Controlling departments. Support on related energy management activities (e.g. compliance of regulatory requirements, process for issuing financial guarantees and collaterals). Qualifications: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or closely related field. 3 years of experience in similar a role within the Renewable Energy sector is preferred. Used to work in an international environment and different geographies is a plus. Domain Microsoft Office package, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Interest and proficiency in database management, combined with knowledge of other programming tools (such as Python, R, SQL) or Power BI Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support Phase 2 and Phase 3 of a large-scale Salesforce transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in consolidating multiple legacy Salesforce instances into a single, standardized, and enhanced platform while decommissioning outdated tools, portals, and systems used by customer support and sales teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on program leader who has strong Salesforce implementation experience and can provide immediate support to leadership, and drive execution across multiple workstreams to consolidate changes and enhance the platform. The ideal candidate will live in Houston, Texas and be able to work a hybrid weekly schedule. Several days on-site in office and 1-2 days remote. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work C2C. Responsibilities Program Execution & Delivery • Lead and support Phase 2 and Phase 3 of a Salesforce implementation and consolidation program, • Oversee migration from multiple legacy Salesforce instances to a unified platform, • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables, • Drive workstream management, execution, and cross-functional alignment, • Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and communications, • Partner closely with program leadership to provide immediate operational and strategic support, • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including:, • Development teams (including external vendor partners), • Change management teams, • Business sponsors and leadership, • Frontline sales and customer support users, • Support implementation and optimization of Salesforce capabilities, • Ensure alignment across:, • Service Cloud, • Sales Cloud, • Support strategic planning initiatives and roadmap development, • Own program documentation including governance materials, reporting, and process documentation, • Drive best practices in program management and Salesforce delivery Requirements Requirements • Minimum of 6 years of program/project management experience in complex, enterprise environments, • Proven experience leading or supporting Salesforce implementations or transformations is required, • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, particularly, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously, • Excellent communication skills with experience delivering executive-level reporting, • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, in-flight program, • Experience with Marketing Cloud preferred, • Experience working with third-party vendors or consulting partners a plus, • Background in large-scale system consolidation or digital transformation initiatives preferred, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Strong problem solver with a proactive mindset, • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity, • Collaborative, with strong relationship-building capabilities, • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, • Bachelors degree is required, ideally in Business, Communications, Engineering or Computer Science but will consider other fields of study, • Ability to work on site in Houston, Texas on occasion Compensation For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an estimated base compensation range of $125k-135k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role. This role involves two key responsibilities: l Supporting the China sales team and the US team leader by actively facilitating deal closures through coordination (meetings, calls, emails, or on-site visits). l Independently developing US clients with the help of the US team leader through LinkedIn, trade shows, and other channels while collaborating with the China sales team for technical and pricing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background in transformers (energy, construction, or industrial sectors), excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to bridge communication between US clients and China-based sales teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Development & Client Acquisition • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets (energy, construction, industrial, data centers, bitcoin farms, BESS, etc.)., • Independently prospect and engage US clients via LinkedIn, trade shows, and direct outreach., • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and coordinate with the China sales team for technical and pricing support.2.
