Primary Responsibilities: Job Duties: • Contribute to project management plans in accordance with Project Management Institute standards., • Contribute to project schedules and update schedules and performance summaries or charts weekly., • Maintain RAID logs to track risks, action items, issues, decisions, lessons learned, assumptions, and change requests., • Ensure required project artifacts are created, updated, and maintained., • Manage revisions to project scope, budget, and schedule., • Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations., • Identify and report the measured value each assigned project is expected to achieve., • Evaluate, track, and report project risks and support the development of risk response strategies., • Communicate project risks, issues, and recommended solutions to sponsors and stakeholders., • Provide formal and informal status reporting to Department staff., • Facilitate meetings, coordinate project activities, attend project-related meetings, and capture meeting minutes., • Proactively address project team conflict and communication issues., • Collect business requirements and facilitate Joint Application Development sessions., • Support project assignments, share ideas, and perform other related tasks assigned by the Contract Manager., • Review and comply with Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code, related to Florida IT project management and oversight standards., • Update State of Florida risk assessments, legislative status reports, key performance indicator reports, spending plan updates, quarterly status reports, operational work plans and attachments, Schedule IV-B updates, and invoice processing and payment milestone workbooks., • Prepare Executive Steering Committee meeting presentations, materials, and meeting minutes., • Review statutory requirements to determine project compliance., • Manage the Statement of Work development process from initial concept through final approval., • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements for Statements of Work., • Develop Statements of Work that clearly define deliverables, timelines, project scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and performance metrics., • Coordinate with legal, procurement, and vendor management teams during Statement of Work development and review., • Ensure all Statements of Work and related documentation align with organizational policies, legal standards, procurement regulations, contractual requirements, and project objectives., • Revise and update Statements of Work based on feedback and evolving project needs., • Monitor compliance with Statement of Work terms throughout the project lifecycle., • Produce detailed and well-organized Statements of Work for technical and service-centric projects., • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable Statement of Work content., • Collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and project leads to define scope and deliverables., • Maintain version control and robust documentation standards., • Ability to support project planning, scheduling, status reporting, risk tracking, compliance review, and stakeholder communications., • Experience gathering business requirements and facilitating Joint Application Development sessions., • Ability to prepare meeting materials, meeting minutes, operational work plans, status reports, and other project documentation., • Ability to manage Statement of Work development from concept through final approval., • Experience writing clear Statements of Work that define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, and performance metrics., • Ability to work with project managers, stakeholders, legal, procurement, vendor management teams, engineers, developers, and project leads., • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear and actionable documentation., • Strong documentation discipline, including version control and maintenance of project artifacts., • Experience supporting Executive Steering Committee presentations, materials, and meeting minutes., • Experience updating state reporting artifacts such as risk assessments, legislative status reports, key performance indicator reports, quarterly status reports, and spending plans., • Experience in monitoring compliance with Statement of Work terms across the project lifecycle., • Experience contributing Statement of Work materials in support of proposal teams., • The Contractor BA, and any subsequent Contractor BA provided by the Contractor, must possess, at a minimum, one of the following., • Bachelor’s degree in business, contract management, or a related field., • Bachelor’s degree in English, technical communication, or a related discipline., • Bachelor’s degree in one of the fields of computer sciences or in management information systems., • Four (4) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.
