Job DescriptionLocations: Foster City, San Mateo and Palo Alto Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM Duration: ASAP through August 2025 Pay: Competitive hourly rate | W-2 employee | Full-day shiftsAbout the Role: Jovie is seeking a warm, experienced nanny or early childhood professional to join the team in a licensed infant/toddler classroom at a respected child development center in either the Foster City, San Mateo or Palo Alto locations . This is a temporary, full-time placement requiring confidence, professionalism, and a nurturing, calm presence with young children.About You: You bring a deep love of working with infants and toddlers and understand the care, patience, and communication required for this early stage of development. You’re punctual, reliable, and familiar with licensing and center-based childcare standards. You’re comfortable working within a structured team environment, supporting curriculum and daily routines while keeping children safe, engaged, and thriving.Responsibilities Include: • Supporting daily routines in the infant/toddler classroom, • Engaging in responsive caregiving and age-appropriate play, • Diapering, feeding, nap supervision, and documentation, • Collaborating with lead teachers and center staff, • Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environmentRequirements:, • 12 units of Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework (preferred), • Recent experience working with children under age 2, • Community Care Licensing paperwork completed in advance, • Fingerprinting clearance (new prints required), • Completed physician’s health report, TB test, MMR/Tdap vaccines, and COVID vaccine, • Valid flu vaccine or signed declination form, • Ability to commit through August 2025, • Professionalism and a team-player attitudeSet Yourself Apart If You:, • Have worked in center-based or Montessori infant care settings, • Are fluent in a second language Powered by JazzHR vWQ7e5pimE
