Job Duties ● Refurbish the electric vehicle chargers and harvest parts. ● Install, wire, and commission EV chargers and associated equipment. ● Perform low-voltage electrical work, including conduit installation, wiring, and panel connections ● Troubleshoot and repair EV chargers, networking components, and power distribution systems. ● Work with LAN/Wi-Fi networks and configure network-connected devices. ● Occasionally travel to customer sites for installation or troubleshooting (rare cases). ● Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals. ● Collaborate with engineers on product validation and testing. Maintain proper documentation for installations, troubleshooting, and network configurations. • Job Type Full Time, • Starting Salary: $29-$38, • Allowance: Daily allowance may apply according to company policies., • Hours Per Week 40+ Overtime 1.5 times for the extra hours after 40 hours (on a weekly basis), • How many OT hours on average can they expect per week? 0-10 week, • Workweek Monday- Friday / 6:00 am – 3:00 pm/9am-6pm depending on company/personal needs schedule can change. Saturdays or Sunday if required., • Payment Type Direct Deposit or Check available., • Payment Days Monthly or Biweekly, worker’s choice., • Rest Breaks 1 hour lunch breakQualifications General Job Requirements ● Experience with low-voltage electrical work (wiring, conduit installation, panel work). ● Comfortable working with 208V/240V single-phase and 480V 3-phase electrical systems. ● Background in network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi) and configuring network equipment. ● Interest in EV charging technology and renewable energy. ● Knowledge of PLCs, microcontrollers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ARM-based devices is a plus. ● Ability to work early morning/late afternoon for special cases. ● Willing to travel occasionally for site visits. • Is the worker required to supervise other workers? This role requires constant traveling to the different worksites, locally and other states. A DL from USA is required prior to arrival to the place of employment. To get a driver's license in X state, a TN visa worker needs to provide proof of their temporary legal presence (like their passport, I-94, or valid visa), proof of their Social Security Number (if available), and documents proving their physical presence and residency in the state. You must also complete the state's application form and pass vision and any required knowledge or driving tests. The exact requirements for residency, acceptable documents, and testing vary by state, so always check the official website of your specific state's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or equivalent agency. Academic Credentials: Electrical Engineering preferred, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, and perhaps Mechanical with the right experience. Physical requirements Bending, lifting, pushing and pulling may be required. It is a physical role with some heavy components. TRAVEL, HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION TRAVEL TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT FROM PLACE OF RECRUITMENT • Paid flight to Business Location Yes, flight is paid to business location, • Arrival Airport: Newark preferred, La Guardia, John F. Kennedy., • Travel Food Expense Covered? While traveling for the first time from the place of recruitment to the place of employment, the employer will do a ONE-TIME reimbursement up to $50USD per day of travel. Meal upon arrival? Yes, ONE meal upon arrival is provided. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORSITES • Transportation to and from Worksite? - Transportation will be available. The employee will be provided with an EV for transportation to work sites. This also applies if workers are stationed at worksites in other States -, • Workers get the benefit of keeping the vehicle to go from worksites – home, if it is a company vehicle, and viceversa -, • The transportation provided is at company's expense. The vehicle will be under employees’ custody for the time they will be employed with the company to work on the field. -, • 50 miles per weekend for personal use. -, • Good driving record must be provided.
