What You’ll Do As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will: • Support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining brand cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas., • Assist with supervising, training, and motivating housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest service., • Conduct inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet quality and safety standards., • Help plan work schedules and room assignments to ensure efficient operations with minimal disruption to guests., • Assist in onboarding and training new housekeeping team members., • Communicate openly with staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed., • Competitive Wages and Bonus Opportunities, • Fun, Team-Oriented Work Environment, • Top-Notch Training and Career Growth Opportunities, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, • Paid Holidays and Vacation Time, • Experience as a Room Attendant or similar housekeeping role preferred., • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods., • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
