Job Duties and Responsibilities • Custodian, • Prepare and process all paperwork, including account opening, transfer of assets, and account changes, • Process all service requests for existing accounts, • Process client distribution and contribution requests, • Troubleshoot account issues, proactively working with custodians, third party providers and clients, • Process closing accounts, • Track and monitor account requests in process, • Maintain client online portals with custodian, • Operations, • Serve as contact between SWMG, clients, custodians, and third-party providers., • Perform weekly service meeting preparation paperwork, • Process post meeting activities, • Process check deposits, • Manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, • Process 401k rollovers, • Process Roth IRA conversions, • Process Required Minimum Distributions, • Prepare new client folders, • Tracking of New Assets Under Management (NAUM) and New Clients, • Track assigned business metrics and reporting, • Assist in new employee hiring and training, • Write and update policies and procedures, • Perform research on various topics, • Prepare for weekly meeting with manager, • Administrative Activities, • Answer phones, • Process in and outbound mail, • Document scanning, • Meeting scheduling, • Trading Activities, • Enroll, trade, and reallocate investment accounts as recommended, • Prepare investment proposals, • Insurance Activities, • Prepare and request new insurance quotes, • Processing insurance applications, • Guide clients through underwriting process, • Advisors, • Provide assistance to advisors where needed, • Manage advisor licensing and registration, • Manage new advisor training schedule, • Events, • Assist in event scheduling and preparation, • Client and marketing events attendance and assistance, • Minimum of 5+ years of administrative/operations experience, • Bachelors' degree preferred but not required, • Detailed oriented, • Exceptional customer service skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Highly motivated individual who works well both independently and, on a team, • Experience in the financial services field is a plus, • Demonstratable record of consistent adherence to the highest ethical standards of professional conduct, • Redtail, • VeoOne, • Adhesion, • eMoney, • Riskalyze, • Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms), • RoboForm, • Guru Job Posted by ApplicantPro
