Job Description The Account Manager is responsible for interacting with customers on an executive level and acting as an extension of the client; understanding and communicating agreed upon expectations to field offices and increasing the market share of business by providing service that meets and exceeds customer expectations, stewardship reporting, commitment to customer goals, and introducing/selling/implementing additional services. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
