The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing and a strong understanding of HUD and LIHTC regulations, particularly the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. This role involves leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations.
