Job Description The Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Center Administrator(s) by managing calendars, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized records. Key responsibilities include drafting agendas, taking and distributing meeting minutes, handling internal and external communications, greeting visitors, and proofreading documents. This is a part-time, hourly position scheduled Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The role also maintains Kroc Center mailing lists and prepares monthly reports as assigned.
