Job Description Currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to join a large scale, growing electrical contractor in Jacksonville, FL. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites, • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades, • Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards, • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking, • 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, • Proven leadership skills with experience running crews, • Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics, • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation · Health Insurance · Dental/Vision/Life · 401K Matching · Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
