This role demands a visionary approach to asset management, inventory control, project management, and performance analytics, paired with the discipline of developing and implementing effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A trusted partner to finance, legal, and field leadership, the Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in managing corporate lease renewals and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. Additionally, this position is accountable for identifying cost-out opportunities and uncovering new revenue streams to enhance profitability and support sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of US Field Operations, this role is instrumental in shaping the company’s operational strategy, fostering efficiency, and promoting long-term success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Asset Management and Inventory Control • Oversee the tracking, maintenance, and optimization of company assets—including equipment, vehicles, and facilities—across all field operations., • Implement robust, technology-enabled inventory control systems to ensure data accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and reduce costs., • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, improve asset utilization, and support efficient procurement and disposal processes., • Monitor and maintain strategically placed kiosks to ensure functionality and uptime., • Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot issues, update software, and optimize kiosk performance for lead generation., • Lead assigned strategic and operational projects from inception through completion., • Define project scope, develop detailed timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget., • Conduct deep-dive analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) by state and city to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement., • Use Power BI and other analytics tools to transform data into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business objectives., • Develop, document, and implement SOPs to standardize field operations and promote consistency across regions., • Partner with operational leaders to roll out procedures, provide training, and monitor adherence., • Partner with Finance and Legal to manage lease renewals for company properties and facilities., • Support field operations leadership by mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives., • Collaborate with the VP of U.S. Field Operations to execute key initiatives that enhance overall operational effectiveness and business growth. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related field required., • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) strongly preferred., • 7 years of experience required, 10 years of experience preferred, in field operations, asset management, or project management roles., • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data analysis tools; ability to interpret and present performance metrics, • Proven experience developing and implementation SOPs across multiple locations, • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives., • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills., • Knowledge of lease management, procurement, and regulatory compliance preferred.
