This is a customer service position that provides business operations support to business leaders across the US. This position is the main point of contact for customer support and service adjustments made in a proprietary business operations system. In addition, this position supports day-to-day operations of partner businesses within their assigned region. NetFabric is a rapidly growing enterprise Managed Services Provider based in the Oklahoma City area. We are seeking highly skilled and motivated team members to join our team. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn hands-on working alongside seasoned IT veterans and acquire valuable skills and experience. Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service., • Resolve operational problems within the defined areas., • Will work in and aid specifically in proprietary business operations system., • Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions., • Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency., • Address customer issues promptly and accurately., • Provide excellent customer service to all field businesses. Qualifications and Education Requirements • Light technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports., • Ability to analyze data and create and review processes., • Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service.
