Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be fully responsible on assigned sales tasks to efficiently communicate and follow-up with clients/guests while keeping the hotel (Front Desk/GM) apprised of selling status. They manage various aspects of the sales process, from scheduling meetings to maintaining customer databases and creating reports, without directly engaging in sales activities themselves. They will also assist with updating records, logging sales activities, providing client tours scheduling meetings, managing appointments and client agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong listening and communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. They must be organized, results-driven, and display professionalism, integrity, and follow-through in all interactions. Hotel Experience Required Benefits: • 401(k), • Health, Dental, Vision, & Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Team Member discountsResponsibilities This position will also assume responsibilities of the Guest Service/Front Desk Agent position as they will assist with the Front Desk. • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts), • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally, • Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials), • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties), • Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events), • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests, • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets, • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation, • Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette, • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees, • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, • Understands cross team functions and ability to manage processes, • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance, • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or managementRequired Skills, • Minimum of 2 years hotel or sales experience, • Strong knowledge of PMS systems and online platforms, • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven and strategic thinking, • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure
