What You’ll Lead Investment Strategy & Oversight • Build and execute tailored investment strategies across public, private, real estate, and alternative markets., • Lead diligence efforts for new opportunities with institutional-quality rigor., • Partner with attorneys and tax advisors to design integrated estate and philanthropic structures., • Guide clients through liquidity events, transitions, and succession planning., • Serve as the primary advisor to a small group of SFO families., • Drive regular family meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions., • Establish family governance frameworks to support unity, decision-making, and continuity., • Lead next-gen education initiatives—financial literacy, investment principles, family values that solve for legacy, not just returns.
