Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and adaptable Generalist Paralegal to support attorneys across multiple practice areas. This role will assist with substantive legal tasks, client communications, litigation support, document preparation, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Legal Support • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery requests, and correspondence across practice areas such as business transactions, litigation, real estate, probate/estate matters, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, and more., • Conduct legal research and draft summaries to support case strategy and attorney preparation., • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors via phone, email, and written correspondence., • Organize and manage case files, exhibits, discovery materials, and reference databases., • Maintain calendars for deadlines, hearings, meetings, and deadlines., • Manage invoicing, billing entries, time tracking, docketing, and task lists. Required: • Paralegal certificate, Associate’s degree, or equivalent legal experience., • Experience supporting multiple attorneys and handling diverse legal matters., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision., • Previous experience with litigation support, business law, real estate, probate/estate, or employment matters., • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills., • Professional, client-focused demeanor., • Strong problem-solving and research capabilities., • Comfortable balancing substantive legal work with administrative responsibilities., • Competitive compensation and benefits, • Collaborative, growth-oriented environment
