Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries. · Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar updates. · Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting. · Maintain office supplies and ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow. · Support various administrative projects and team initiatives. Qualifications: · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). · A positive attitude and willingness to learn. · High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative coursework preferred.
