Job DescriptionHR Coordinator - Job Description About the Role The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR data management, and compliance processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding • Post job openings, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and facilitate communications with candidates., • Support the full onboarding process: prepare new?hire documentation, ensure compliance, coordinate orientation, and maintain employee records.HR Administration, • Maintain accurate HRIS data, including new hires, terminations, leaves, and employee changes., • Oversee completion of compensation and benefits documentation; assist with benefits enrollment and updates.Employee Relations & Support, • Handle HR?related inquiries internally and externally, providing timely and accurate guidance., • Assist with employee engagement activities, surveys, training coordination, and communication efforts.Payroll & Timekeeping Support, • Verify timesheets, track attendance, collaborate with payroll staff, and resolve discrepancies.Compliance & Documentation, • Maintain organized electronic and paper HR files., • Support offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation updates to ensure compliance.Qualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)., • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion., • Understanding of HR practices, payroll fundamentals, and employment law basics.Skills & Competencies, • Attention to detail and accuracy in record?keeping., • Strong problem?solving and multitasking capabilities., • High level of professionalism and customer?service orientation.Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Quenton Sass Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
