Job DescriptionJob Title: HR Assistant Location: Philadelphia, PA Pay: $23-$25 per hour Job Type: Contract Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team for a growing organization in Philadelphia, PA. This contract position will assist with day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation scheduling, • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates, • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries, • Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence, • Track employee information and maintain accurate documentation, • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR proceduresQualifications, • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred, • Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSchedule Monday - Friday Standard business hours Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
