Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k) matching, • Bonus based on performance, • Company parties, • Employee discounts, • Health insurance I am looking for a highly organized, discreet, fast-moving Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant to support me across multiple businesses in legal, investing, and operations. This is not a passive admin role. I need someone who can help me buy back time, reduce noise, protect my calendar, manage follow-through, and keep priorities moving without constant hand-holding. You will work closely with me on inbox triage, scheduling, hiring coordination, action-item tracking, and day-to-day execution support. What success looks like • My inbox is organized and only the right items reach me, • My calendar is protected and priorities are scheduled intentionally, • Hiring moves faster and more cleanly, • Open loops are tracked and followed through, • I spend less time on coordination and more time on high-value work Responsibilities • Manage and triage inbox daily, • Draft routine email responses and flag only high-priority items, • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and reduce unnecessary interruptions, • Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines across multiple businesses, • Coordinate recruiting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring logistics, • Organize notes, files, and priority lists, • Prepare daily and weekly summaries of what needs attention, • Help keep office and operational tasks moving, • Follow up with team members and outside parties to ensure completion, • Assist with light research and administrative support as needed Ideal candidate • 5+ years supporting an executive, founder, attorney, investor, or operator, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Strong judgment and discretion, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Able to prioritize fast without getting overwhelmed, • Comfortable working across multiple businesses and shifting priorities, • Calm, professional, and proactive, • Strong follow-through and accountability, • Comfortable with Google Workspace, calendars, spreadsheets, and modern tools, • Bonus: experience in law, real estate, recruiting coordination, or executive support in a fast-paced environment This role is not for you if: • You need constant step-by-step direction, • You struggle to prioritize when multiple things are moving, • You avoid follow-up or hard conversations, • You are only looking for a basic receptionist or front-desk style role To apply Please send: • Your resume, • A short note explaining what kind of executive you support best, • An example of a chaotic situation you helped organize, • Your preferred compensation range, • Whether you are open to part-time trial leading to full-time
