Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts assigned to the account manager to maintain and grow sales in order to achieve the customer’s goals., • Qualify leads from digital marketing campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc., • Follow up on existing cold and warm leads to re-engage them in the sales process, • Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling/emailing, to identify business prospects and create/maintain a list of potential customers, • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources, • Determine and implement optimum marketing and sales outreach strategies on an account-by-account basis to ensure customer is aware of offerings of interest pertinent to their specific needs., • Develop long-term relationship with the customer to address their needs as they arise.
