Without a strong growth system: • Revenue relies on individual relationships, • Staff burn out, • Partnerships remain transactional This role ensures the organization can generate diversified, trackable revenue through disciplined execution, strong partnerships, and systems — not heroics. This is not a strategy role. The strategy is already defined. This is an execution and ownership role responsible for turning strategy into results. THE ROLE The Director of Growth & Partnerships is responsible for building, running, and improving EHCEC’s growth engine. This role is not defined by hustle or personal heroics. It is defined by pipeline ownership, follow-through, systems discipline, and results. You will: • Run the revenue engine, • Build and manage pipelines, • Own HubSpot as the system of record, • Activate partners and volunteers to open doors, • Influencing and securing $750,000–$1,000,000 in diversified revenue annually, • Reducing reliance on any single funding source, • Supporting corporate, individual, earned-revenue, and sponsorship pipelines, • Creating visibility and predictability for leadership through disciplined reportingWHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, • Growth Execution & Capital Pipelines, • Execute EHCEC’s defined growth strategy, • Build and manage diversified revenue pipelines, • Qualify prospects and move them through defined stages, • Secure financial commitments from corporate, community, and individual partners, • Coordinate CEO involvement in high-level asks, • Partnerships & Relationship Management, • Build and steward relationships with business, civic, and philanthropic leaders, • Represent EHCEC externally with professionalism and credibility, • Convert relationships into long-term, values-aligned partnerships, • Maintain consistent stewardship and renewal practices, • Volunteer Leadership & Door-Opening, • Recruit and manage volunteer leaders and committees, • Equip volunteers with clear roles, talking points, and asks, • Use committees as a force multiplier to open doors and warm introductions, • Track volunteer activity and outcomes, • HubSpot Sales Hub (System Ownership), • Own HubSpot Sales Hub as the system of record, • Ensure all prospects, partners, and activity are logged, • Build pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and task queues, • Enforce data hygiene, follow-up discipline, and standard usage, • Train users and protect institutional memory, • Revenue Reporting & Performance, • Produce regular pipeline and performance reports, • Track revenue by source, stage, and probability, • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities early, • Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data, • Internal Collaboration, • Partner closely with the CEO on priority relationships and asks, • Coordinate with Communications and Programs to ensure alignment ✅ Someone comfortable owning results end-to-end ✅ A relationship-driven executor who can ask for money ✅ A systems-minded operator who values CRM discipline ✅ A professional who prefers action over analysis WHO THIS JOB IS NOT FOR ????
