What You'll Do * Lead & Grow: Oversee service operations, sales, and field performance—driving revenue growth and ensuring strong profit margins. * Engage Clients: Qualify work orders, prepare estimates, roof surveys, and preventive maintenance reports that set us apart as trusted roofing advisors. * Run Operations Smoothly: Manage pricing, invoicing, payroll, and reporting to keep projects on budget and the business running efficiently. * Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians and office staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and safety. * Build Relationships: Strengthen existing client partnerships while prospecting new business opportunities, including preventive maintenance and emergency response programs. * Champion Safety: Enforce safety policies, manage training and documentation, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. * Deliver Projects with Excellence: Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations. * Stay Organized: Prepare proposals, purchase orders, and other project documentation with precision and professionalism. What You Bring * 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing service management or a closely related role. * A proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and grow service revenue. * Deep understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and service standards. * Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business reporting. * A track record of motivating teams and maintaining accountability.
