Assists with the Sales Floor Family Services Department in accordance with Company policy and state and federal regulation using skills and experience in sales, marketing, business management, customer service, leadership, human resources development, and professional development to provide excellent service to the customer. Essential Job Functions: Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. -Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Sales Team in Family Service by handling action items, writing and processing correspondence, and by distributing/maintaining a variety of printed materials -Support and participate in the sales effort to increase sales for FSC team -Ensure inventory of collateral materials and supplies are kept up to date and replenish as needed -Prepare and track Docusign contracts, sales cover sheets and electronic contracts -Enforce attendance policy during rotation -Assign FSC to the arrangement’s appointments daily and check all Heritage forms are submitted timely. -Assign any appointments daily -Act on customer complaints to provide satisfactory resolution & handle customer service issues. -Maintain schedule for FSC rotation -Handle Medialla customer service alerts from arrangements department -Display a professional manner and communicate effectively verbally and in writing withall levels within the Department -At an Intermediate level, use Excel to create a variety of spreadsheets and documents. -Demonstrate high level of confidentiality, common sense, judgment, and sense of urgency;and ability to set priorities -Adhere to safety rules and regulations and report unsafe practices to management -Report to work on time and maintain standard attendance -Answer counselor/family questions and provide assistance when needed -At all times, illustrate warmth, compassion, empathy, good manners, and diplomacy to all associates, Sales Counselors/FSCs, staff and potential customers -Manage to and ensure support of the Company core values and Sales Counselor Guidelines. -Build a positive attitude, morale and respect for the Company, for management, and forfellow associates -Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, organize work and remain focused -Misc. duties as assigned by management Key Competencies As an Individual Contributor, incumbent is expected to meet the Key Competency requirements of Open Communication, Building Relationships, Personal Leadership, Commitment to Quality, Business Focus, and Customer Focus. Preferred Experience and Education Minimum of 1 year office administration experience A.A. degree preferred Special Skills -MS Office software with Intermediate skill in Word & Excel -Excellent Outlook skills -Communicate clearly and accurately with all levels of the Company -High level of compassion and integrity -Problem solving and detail minded -Good multitasking skills -Diplomacy under pressure -Salesforce/Beacon Working Environment Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking sales environment with FSC, Arrangements, Internment Office and sales management; each day can be unpredictable, so flexibility is required; must be able to provide the level of professional service and appearance that families expect. Must exhibit flexibility, dependability, and teamwork to coworkers. Be resourceful. Physical Requirements Work in a sales environment in office; work seated for prolonged periods; potential eyestrain from viewing of computer monitor; ergonomic requirements must be considered for safety and health.
