Job Description Hiring for Electricians in Nashville, TN Job Description We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team, responsible for executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems. Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints to execute electrical plans., • Install electrical devices and fixtures, including switches, circuit-breaker panels, fire alarm systems, plugs, and lighting., • Pull wires and bend/install conduit., • At least 4 years of commercial electrical experience., • Ability to read blueprints and execute plans., • Experience with bending and installing EMT conduit., • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical theory., • Journeyman certification., • Journeyman card is a plus but not required., • CPR and First Aid training are preferred., • OSHA 10 certification is preferred. Work Environment The position is Monday-Friday, 1st shift, with start times between 6:00 am and 7:00 am, generally working 8-hour days. Be open to overtime during the week and Saturday work. Candidates must have a diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and preferably an OSHA 10 certification. If not, an option to take the class during orientation is available. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
