Role Summary The ServiceNow Developer will support the design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for Federal clients. This person will act as a trusted technical Developer to project stakeholders, helping clarify requirements, recommend solution options, and develop quality ServiceNow functionality aligned with client objectives. What We Need From You (Required) 4+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience supporting Federal client environments. Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and Service Catalog items. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Design and Develop OnBase Solutions: Create tailored OnBase solutions that align with business requirements, promote automation, and ensure delivery of maximum value and efficiency., • Scripting and API Development: Develop and maintain OnBase Unity scripts and APIs to enhance OnBase functionality, integrate with other systems, and automate processes., • Customize and Configure OnBase Modules: Develop and optimize key OnBase functionalities such as Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms to streamline business processes and enhance productivity., • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and add value., • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, system performance, and any issues that may impact business operations., • System Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of OnBase solutions to identify and resolve issues, ensuring robust and reliable performance., • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all OnBase configurations, customizations, and workflows to ensure transparency and facilitate future enhancements., • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements and automation opportunities., • Partnering with Peers: Collaborate with teams at First Merchants to ensure systems meet both business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability and security., • Execute: Deliver on major business projects on time with quality. To be successful in this position, we require the following: • High School or GED equivalent., • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an OnBase Administrator or similar role., • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with OnBase Unity Scripts., • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in .NET scripting languages (preferably C#,) and SQL., • OnBase Certified System Administrator and Certified Hyland Developer Specialist. The following would be a plus: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, • OnBase Certified WorkView Administrator, • Experience with other ECM (Enterprise Content Management) systems., • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies., • Knowledge of data integration and migration techniques such as Web Services, Webhooks, and Rest API., • Strong knowledge of OnBase architecture and modules., • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills., • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Job Description Summary of Position The Child Support Specialist position includes providing full services to customers in all stages of the child support process. The Specialist interviews customers by telephone and in person to determine service needs and to identify the next step needed in the case management process. The individual works to ensure all State, Federal, and contractual time frames are met concerning establishing and/or enforcing child support orders. Extensive training to learn child support processes and procedures is provided. Essential Job Requirements • Initiates locate procedures such as location of customers address, employment, and assets., • Obtains and processes information necessary for establishing the order., • Conducts interviews with customers receiving and paying the support., • Accesses system data, including state specific system(s) and appropriate internet resources to obtain relevant case information., • Prepares cases and the necessary legal and/or administrative documents for review and approval by staff attorney and/or administrator/supervisor., • Identifies administrative and legal remedies needed for enforcement of support orders., • Maintains confidentiality and security of case information., • Regular and timely attendance, • Other duties as assignedRequired Education High School Diploma or GED required Required Experience • Minimum of 1-year related work experience is preferred., • Experience in human services as a case manager or child support is preferred., • Familiarity with an office environment including the use of automated systems is desired. Work Arrangement You must be able to attend training in-person in Jackson, Mississippi. After the training is complete, this will be a telework position.
