The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of skilled duties including the operation of specialized camera equipment and pipe assessment software used to evaluate the installation repair and maintenance of storm and wastewater systems. The successful candidate will hold a valid CDL license required to drive and operate a Water Jet Vacuum truck and will perform effective storm and wastewater-related services. This successful candidate will have experience in the installation, visual assessment, inspection, rehabilitation, and maintenance of underground infrastructure, including sewer pipes, storm drains and other aspects of storm and wastewater systems. Responsibilities: • Perform storm sewer, drain and catch basin inspection and cleaning that removes solids, semi-solids, and liquids routinely from lengths and depths of over 100 feet., • Perform standard CCTV visual assessment operations using robotics technology on various types of pipelines, by operating remote-controlled sewer / storm drain cameras., • Perform skilled work inspecting sanitary sewer mains, laterals, and manholes., • Operate video inspection equipment and associated software to perform inspections., • Accurately document inspection information, • Deploy televising equipment to conduct inspections by directing the movement of the unit through the piping system to capture video., • Calibrate specific camera components to assess, capture photographs/ videos and reports for piping systems and related infrastructure., • Sewer cleaning and inspection. Clean lines with a Jet truck when necessary., • Clean Wet Well/Lift Station to mitigate plugging and damage to pump impellers., • Perform closed-circuit television video (CCTV) inspection to detect cracks, infractions, blockages, and overall structural conditions., • Perform smoke testing to determine the source of excess inflow., • Perform hydro excavating to allow for a non-destructive and accurate way to excavate soil and avoid damage to underground pipes, lines, and cables., • Confined space entry., • Deep lift vacuuming, • Maintain televising equipment by adjusting, cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs to keep equipment in good operating condition., • Ensure equipment is stored in a safe and proper manner., • Maintain a supply of replacement parts and supplies required to conduct inspections., • Maintain camera vehicle so that it remains clean to present a professional appearance., • Identify and assign applicable ratings of defects consistent with NASSCO’s established methodology., • Use appropriate safety gear while performing work such as ventilating fans, wench, harness and gas monitor., • Coordinate work with other departments, divisions, sections, utilities, and customers., • Reviews construction drawings, blueprints, and utility plans., • Maintain records and generate reports documenting inspections performed and assessments of the condition of the facilities inspected., • Schedule, set up, maintain, and remove appropriate traffic control where required by the project., • Ensure compliance with all inspection requirements., • Certify the acceptability of each sewer/ storm job installation/ repair upon its completion., • Verify location of mapped utilities and assist in revising utility maps., • May coordinate location points using a Global Positioning System (GPS)., • Use handheld devices to manage, document and report on daily work product., • Works closely with Utility Crew Foremen to coordinate work., • Assist with training for personnel hired for similar work., • Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew., • Properly use all personal safety equipment., • Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment., • Maintain a clean job site, pick up all tools and equipment, and secure the job site each day., • Perform miscellaneous related duties and carry out special projects as assigned., • Other duties as determined by the needs of the business. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Previous experience in the installation, visual assessment, inspection, rehabilitation and maintenance of underground infrastructure, including sewer pipes, storm drains and other aspects of storm and wastewater systems., • Must be reliable and able to work within a team environment, as well as lead a team., • Excellent reading skills. A Snapshot of Your Day You, as an integral part of a larger manufacturing team, will engage with the hourly workforce, manufacturing operations, design engineering, and project management, to develop and refine the process needed to satisfy the technical requirements of incoming customer service orders for steam turbines. These turbines range in size starting at a few thousand pounds up to over 200 tons. This role is for someone who: * Has a proven eye for what keeps people watching * Can take a raw VSL lead script and turn it into an emotional, conversion-driven narrative. * Loves testing new creative angles, visual cues, pacing tricks, and other variations. * Understands that editing is marketing — and thrives on measurable results. Key Responsibilities * Edit High-Converting VSLs: Craft 2-3 minute long VSL edits that keep attention. You’ll shape structure, pacing, tone, and emotion — not just assemble clips. * Master the Hook: Develop, test, and refine attention-grabbing intros that hook within seconds and set up the emotional and logical flow of the sale. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and producers to align storytelling with campaign goals and feedback loops. * Enhance Engagement: Use After Effects, sound design, and color grading to amplify emotional resonance and polish every frame. Requirements * 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with at least 2 years editing VSLs or direct-response ads that have produced measurable revenue results. * Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and After Effects (preferred) for motion graphics and effects. * Portfolio demonstrating high-converting direct-response work (VSLs, UGC ads, or testimonials) with measurable impact. * Deep understanding of direct-response psychology — hooks, pacing, narrative tension, and payoff structure. * Comfortable working in high-volume production environments (10+ versions/week). * Familiarity with AI tools (voiceovers, image generation, caption automation) a plus. * Data-curious mindset — you’re the kind of editor who loves seeing metrics improve from your last cut. Preferred * Experience editing for health, wellness, or supplement brands. * Background in social-first storytelling — knowing what makes content pop in a crowded feed. * Proven ability to collaborate with performance marketers and adapt edits based on results.
