Job Title: Group IT Manager Location: UK-based (office-based with regular UK travel) Salary: £45,000 - £54,000 Benefits: Extensive About the Company: An established and fast-growing group within the insurance and consultancy space is seeking a driven Group IT Manager to lead the management and optimisation of its core systems, CRMs, and telephony infrastructure. The business is recognised for its innovative approach, people-first culture, and strong compliance and technology standards. Role Summary: Reporting to the IT Operations Technical Lead, this hands-on role will oversee the configuration, performance, and security of the Group’s CRMs, telephony systems, and IT infrastructure. The position involves driving system efficiency, supporting compliance and AI policies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple UK sites. Ideal for a proactive IT professional who thrives on delivering high-impact technical solutions and cross-functional support. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and configure core CRM systems (Acturis, Open GI, SSP, Monday.com), ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data integrity., • Build and optimise workflows, forms, and automation to improve business performance., • Oversee telephony systems (VoIP), ensuring reliability, call routing efficiency, and user support., • Provide operational IT infrastructure support, including servers, networks, and endpoints., • Drive compliance with data, AI, and cyber security policies, supporting due diligence and audits., • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to deliver integrated, reliable technology solutions., • Travel to UK branches to provide hands-on technical support and guidance. Requirements: • Proven experience managing and configuring CRM or insurance systems (Acturis, Open GI, SSP)., • Experience with consultancy CRMs such as Monday.com., • Strong understanding of automation, integrations, and telephony systems (VoIP)., • Operational IT support experience across networks, servers, and devices., • Familiarity with compliance, AI policy, and cyber security practices., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., • Willingness to travel across UK branches., • Leadership experience and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
