We are seeking someone to lead client servicing, onboarding, and project delivery across the Perch Group. This role ensures exceptional client experience through effective management of SLAs, audits, MI, and onboarding of new clients and debt portfolios. It acts as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, driving operational performance and supporting the company’s growth strategy. 🗓 So, what will your day-to-day look like? Client Servicing & Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across outsourcing, debt purchase, and contingency services., • Ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met, with risks escalated promptly., • Represent Perch during client audits, monitoring visits, and MI reviews., • Build strong, trusted relationships to support long-term client satisfaction and retention. Onboarding & Implementation • Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients, debt sellers, buyers, and third-party providers., • Lead due diligence, compliance checks, and set-up activities, ensuring readiness for go-live., • Coordinate internal teams (legal, IT, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth transitions., • Educate clients on operational processes, systems, and reporting tools. Project Management • Oversee the delivery of onboarding new clients and portfolio acquisition projects to scope, time, and budget., • Maintain clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders., • Deliver structured documentation and regular updates to clients and senior stakeholders., • Support continuous improvement through feedback, lessons learned, and process refinement. 👆Does this sound like you? • 3–5 years in client onboarding, portfolio management, or project delivery in financial services or debt recovery, • Understanding of debt portfolio data, legal documentation, and regulatory frameworks, • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, • In-depth knowledge of debt servicing and acquisition processes, • Strong client-facing and communication skills, • Project management experience with multi-disciplinary teams, • High attention to detail and data accuracy, • Commercial awareness with a compliance and risk mindset, • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach ⏳ The Application Timeline • A first stage video call with the internal talent acquisition team (15-minute call), • An introductory call with the hiring manager over Teams (15 - 30 minutes), • A face to face or video call with the hiring manager (45 minutes - 60 minutes) Typically, the average successful applicant will be within this timeline for 2-3 weeks.
