With one of the largest technology and transformation practices in the UK, they are now hiring a Manager into their growing Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in London.About the RoleAs a Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of cyber strategy and transformation projects for clients across the public and private sectors. You’ll manage teams, shape deliverables, and support CISOs and senior stakeholders in tackling critical cyber risks. You’ll be hands-on in delivery while also building trusted client relationships and contributing to practice growth.What You’ll Be DoingDelivering cyber strategies, risk assessments, and maturity roadmaps aligned to client business goalsSupporting clients through large-scale cyber transformation programmesDesigning governance frameworks and operating models to improve resilience and complianceManaging multi-disciplinary delivery teams across complex environmentsBuilding trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting client decision-makingMentoring junior consultants and supporting knowledge development across the teamContributing to proposals, business development, and thought leadershipIdeal BackgroundStrong consulting experience with a focus on cyber security strategy and transformationKnowledge of key frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2, or NCSC CAFPractical expertise in areas such as GRC, security architecture, threat management, or vulnerability managementExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholdersProven project management and delivery experience in complex client environmentsRelevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, MSc Cyber Security) advantageousWhat You’ll ReceiveSalary: £68,500–£83,200 + benefits25 days annual leave + UK public holidaysContributory pension scheme (6% employer / 2% employee)Private healthcare, dental, and wellbeing support optionsCritical illness and life assurance coverFlexible benefits including electric vehicle scheme, cycle-to-work, and moreHybrid working and London-based project varietyWho Should ApplyThis role is suited to cyber professionals with consulting experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility for delivery and client management.
