Overview • Are you 60% technical and 40% business analyst, comfortable speaking the language of tech while translating it clearly for the business? Are you curious by nature, adept at asking the right questions, uncovering interconnections, and meticulously detailing requirements? If you thrive in dynamic environments focused on continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you., • We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the ongoing evolution of our Salesforce CRM platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Salesforce team to lead requirements-gathering sessions, produce detailed analyses, and translate business needs into clear, actionable acceptance criteria., • You’ll work alongside the Solution Architect to define technical solutions that meet critical business needs, acting as a proxy for stakeholders when required. Your input will help shape the product strategy and support roadmap prioritisation to deliver real value to the business., • Manage incoming enhancement requests, gathering information for prioritisation., • Conduct detailed analyses to identify needs and interdependencies., • Translate business requirements into User Stories with acceptance criteria and specifications., • Maintain work items in DevOps, ensuring organisation and accuracy., • Align with stakeholders, system admins, product owners, and solution architects., • Lead product demos to gather feedback and ensure requirement alignment., • Strong blend of technical understanding and business analysis capability, • Experienced in business analysis, solution architecture, or product management, • Proven ability to work in agile environments and contribute to product strategy, • Salesforce expertise or experience with similar CRM platforms, including system administration and workflows, • Certification in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Scrum/Agile methodologies, • Background in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services, • Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, • Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, • Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team, • Flexible working arrangements within the UK, with occasional office travel to Ipswich or London On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
