As a Food and Beverage Co-ordinator , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations Familiarity with booking system opentable Group bookings set menus, min spends, pre orders and manager communications Ability to drive own performance, multitask and excel under pressure In depth restaurant knowledge inc capacity, turn times and allergens policies You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
