This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to incoming enquiries and quotation requests while fostering long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Customer Service: Respond promptly to client requests for quotations and product information, ensuring professional and timely service., • Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through excellent service., • Quoting & Pricing: Prepare and follow up on quotations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing., • Order Management: Process purchase orders, manage payments, and ensure customer requirements are fully met., • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions., • Team Collaboration: Participate in quarterly business reviews and contribute to achieving team goals. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Service, ideally within a technical or product-based environment., • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure., • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SAP is advantageous., • Personal Traits: Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable.
