Job Title: Architectural Technologist Location: Kenilworth Salary: £35-39,000 DOE About the company: An established, design-led architectural practice is actively seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its growing studio. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects across the education, residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors, working on well-considered schemes from concept through to construction. With a strong focus on technical excellence, buildability, and clear design intent, the studio operates as a collaborative, office-based team of architects and technologists. The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit team, contributing to the detailed development and delivery of projects within a supportive and professional working environment. Benefits • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £39,000, dependent on experience * Full-time, permanent position * Office-based role within an established and growing architectural practice * Opportunity to move to a compressed working pattern (9-day fortnight) after successful completion of probation * Supportive, collaborative studio culture Ideal Candidate • Qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD * Confident working knowledge of SketchUp * Excellent technical detailing and drawing skills * Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Comfortable working within a collaborative, office-based team Daily Duties • Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using AutoCAD * Supporting the technical development of projects from detailed design through to construction * Creating and developing 3D models using SketchUp * Coordinating technical information with architects, consultants, and external consultants * Ensuring drawings and documentation comply with current building regulations and standards * Assisting with the smooth delivery of projects and responding to technical queries as required
