Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative you'll be at the forefront of our business growth, responsible for proactively engaging potential clients, qualifying leads and arranging strategic meetings for our sales team. Your primary mission is to build meaningful relationships, create compelling interest in our solutions and set the foundation for successful sales outcomes. What You’ll Do: • Conduct targeted outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, • Clearly articulate SPG Intelligence's value propositions around Cloud, Cyber and Applied Intelligence, • Use our in-house tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage your pipeline efficiently, • Qualify prospects using established methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC), • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless transition of leads and alignment of messaging, • Actively participate in regular training and coaching sessions to continuously enhance your skills, • Track and report key metrics including activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution, • Staying informed about industry trends and market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition continuously improve skills and product knowledge, • Represent SPG professionally in all interactions, embodying the company's values and culture About You: • 2+ year experience in sales, customer service or a relevant commercial role (tech/SaaS preferred but not required), • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with senior-level decision makers, • Familiarity with CRM tools such as salesforce or Bullhorn, • Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets, • Strong interest in business development and ambition for career growth, • Knowledge or curiosity about Cloud, Cybersecurity and related technologies, • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects and convert interest into opportunities, • Self-motivated, target driven, and results oriented; thrives in a fast paced environment, • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet resilience is key!, • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage a high volume of leads, • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively, • Disciplined with a strong sense of ownership you keep your promises, • A true team player who contributes to collective success while driving individual performance What’s In It for You? • Competitive base + double OTE, • Day 1 health and medical insurance plan and access to a suite of perks, discounts, and benefits, • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus your birthday off!, • We know how important it is to take time off and recharge, so we give you extra paid leave over the Christmas festive season- no need to use your annual leave!, • Company pension scheme (up to 5% employer match), • Opportunities for career advancement with pre-defined progression goals, • Ongoing training, mentorship, and £2000 professional training development allowance, • The chance to make a real impact in a company that values innovation and ambition Equal Opportunity Statement: Solution Performance Group is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace which values and benefits from the diversity of the workforce we hire.
