Benefits • Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), • Friendly, collaborative, and supportive studio environment, • Structured mentoring and clear career progression pathways, • Regular CPD opportunities and professional development support, • Opportunities to develop leadership and project management skills, • Support with further education and career advancement, • Active social calendar and team events, • Flexible working arrangements alongside office-based collaboration Daily Duties • Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction, • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to client expectations, • Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals, • Produce and coordinate drawings, plans, reports, specifications, and technical information, • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively, • Oversee project fees and invoicing with administrative support where required, • Undertake site visits and attend project meetings as needed, • Support business development activities and contribute to securing new work, • Promote the practice and maintain strong client relationships, • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while also leading smaller project teams where appropriate Ideal Candidate • ARB-registered Architect with UK professional qualifications, • Strong design skills supported by excellent technical knowledge, • Proficient in Revit (essential), • Full UK driving licence, • Experience working within a high-quality, design-focused architectural practice, • Proven ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages, • Experience delivering both large-scale projects and multiple smaller schemes simultaneously, • Strong drawing, presentation, and communication skills, • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines, • Experience coordinating technical design information and project submissions, • Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions To apply, please contact KAZ on OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to
