Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of major HR projects that align with our University strategy ‘Innovating to Enrich Lives’., • Drive change management activity, ensuring clear communication, engagement and adoption across the University., • Utilise your expert employee relations knowledge to provide advice on organisational development, workforce planning and process improvement., • Collaborate with senior leaders and HR colleagues to ensure project outcomes are well‑governed and effectively implemented.
