We’re seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is pivotal in supporting our business managers and driving people-focused initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities • Build trusted partnerships with business managers to support strategic decisions, • Lead staffing strategy, organisational design, and training, • Coach managers on performance, career development, and employee relations, • Collaborate with global HR teams on strategic HR initiatives, • Manage UK-specific HR operations including visa support and payroll What We’re Looking For • Degree-level education (HR-related field preferred), • 5+ years HR experience in a global company; HRBP experience is a plus, • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and processes, • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural, fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Excel and HR IT tools, • Other languages and Irish legislation knowledge are a bonus but not required.
