Services:Solo Residential Home and 2-bed Residential Home Client Group: Children & Young People with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties Salary:up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) Bonus:Performance and KPI bonus scheme Para Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a Solo and 2-bed specialist residential services for children and young people aged 817 with emotional behavioural difficulties. These services are designed to deliver high-impact, individualised care that promotes healing, growth, and long-term positive outcomes.
