Title: Senior Sales Account Executive Department: Sales & Operations Location: 25 Eccleston Yards, SW1 Reports To: Head of Sales The Senior Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing all outbound operational processes related to Jo Loves’ retail partnerships. This includes stock leaving the business to both international and UK-based B2B accounts, with a focus on ensuring smooth fulfilment, compliance, and brand consistency. This includes product registration, new line forms, global fulfilment, dispatch coordination, launch readiness, and listing accuracy. This role ensures that stock leaves the business efficiently, meets all compliance requirements, and arrives on time and in full to our retailers. Product Registration & Market Onboarding • Complete product registration and compliance documentation for all international markets, • Manage the creation and delivery of new line forms, pricing, and assets to partners, • Liaise with NPD, Regulatory, and Creative to ensure readiness for launch in each market Order Fulfilment & Dispatch • Manage outbound stock flow and documentation to all B2B partners (UK and international), • Liaise with the warehouse, freight, and third-party logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and COTIF-compliant delivery across all regions, • Proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, • Check retailer websites for unapproved discounting, • Observe and report on competitor activations Partner Support & Listing Accuracy • Act as the key contact for international retailers for operational and stock-related queries, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring premium service levels, • Audit websites monthly to ensure correct listings, imagery, and pricing, • Ensure retail partners are aligned with Jo Loves brand standards operationally, • Store visits to check on accurate adjacencies and planograms, and to file store photographs in correct folders., • Supporting the HoS in growing our existing accounts and the opening of new accounts Systems, Tracking & Launch Coordination • Maintain trackers, files, and internal documentation across NetSuite, and SharePoint, • Monitor timelines for dispatch, launch, and promotional roll-outs, • Coordinate cross-functional readiness for launches and reporting, collaborating with marketing, finance, and e-commerce to ensure aligned execution Ad Hoc Projects • Support Head of Sales on retail operations strategy, • Assist with trade presentation prep, reports including creating on-brand ppt decks, or operational improvements as required,, • Support with retail pop-up’s This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating the complexities of international operations while delivering a seamless and premium partner experience. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident managing global fulfilment processes and compliance across diverse markets. They will be an excellent communicator who builds trusted relationships with retailers and works collaboratively across internal departments, including marketing, finance, and e-commerce. With strong coordination skills and a calm, proactive mindset, they will ensure stock is dispatched COTIF and launches go live without disruption. Experience in beauty, fragrance, or international luxury goods logistics is a strong advantage. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a positive mindset in a small and agile team! Role Requirements • 2+ years’ experience in international operations, retail logistics, or sales operations coordination (beauty or luxury goods experience preferred), • Strong understanding of global stock dispatch processes and documentation, • Experience working with international retailers or distributors across multiple time zones, • Proficient in Excel, NetSuite (or similar ERP), Power Point and collaborative tools like Google Drive, • Excellent communication skills with a partner-focused mindset, • High attention to detail, process accuracy, and organisational efficiency, • Adaptable and confident managing overlapping timelines and external dependencies, • Able to proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues calmly and constructively
