Senior HR Executive Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits Sector Experience Required: Legal or Financial Services only Are you ready to step into a true HR partnering role within a high-performing, people-focused professional services firm? We’re working exclusively with a respected organisation in Tunbridge Wells that is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their collaborative HR team and deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone currently in a legal or financial services setting, looking to expand their HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers, involved in a broad mix of ER, recruitment, early careers, engagement, and strategic people initiatives that directly influence the culture and success of the firm. What you’ll be doing: • Acting as a first point of contact for people matters across key business areas, • Coaching and guiding managers through complex employee relations issues (disciplinaries, grievances, performance), • Leading end-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of roles, ensuring alignment to both technical and cultural fit, • Supporting early careers programmes and representing the firm at graduate and intern events, • Involvement in cyclical HR activity including performance reviews, salary reviews, and engagement surveys, • Supporting wider People Strategy initiatives across ED&I, wellbeing, and L&D, • Playing an active role in HR projects and process improvements What we’re looking for: • HR generalist experience gained within a legal or financial services environment (this is essential), • A strong working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling ER casework, • Experience managing recruitment campaigns across multiple business functions, • An interest or background in early talent or engagement initiatives, • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards, • A self-starter with strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach, • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships
