You’d become the bridge between senior Solution Architects working at the group level and hands-on delivery within dedicated project teams. Who You Are • Likely 2–3 years’ experience in solution architecture already, or have held senior engineering roles, designing and building end-to-end systems for digital products., • Comfortable collaborating and communicating with clients — can switch from high-level roadmap to low-level backend details., • Thrive when ownership is real, and ambiguity means opportunity — shape frameworks and digital journeys for brands seen by millions., • Value team culture, growth, and shared success; work cross-functionally to launch products that set the standard for fan experiences.
