Supplier Improvement: Monitor and enhance supplier performance, supporting the nomination process and utilizing problem-solving techniques., 5. Team Support: Act as a deputy for the Supplier Quality Manager, assisting with key deliverables and operational activities. Skills & Experience: • Significant experience in engineering across multiple commodities, or as a specialist in one., • Expertise in automotive supplier quality management, either from the supplier side or OEM., • Proven ability to manage systems and processes that enhance part quality., • Strong quality planning skills with a track record of delivering QA standards under time and cost constraints., • Advanced knowledge of quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA) and the ability to read technical documents., • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
