Major Players are partnering with a reputable, culturally connected experiential & brand experience agency to recruit for a Senior Account Manager. This role sits at the heart of the client services team, acting as a key link between clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams. Reporting into a SAD, you'll take ownership of timelines, budgets, and client communication and build strong, trusted relationships both internally and externally. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for multiple clients, building trusted relationships and managing ongoing communications., • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, ensuring projects were delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard., • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop and execute campaign ideas across channels., • Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple accounts simultaneously., • Oversee budget management, including cost estimates, reconciliations, and invoicing, ensuring commercial accuracy., • Maintain quality control across all client-facing materials, presentations, and supplier communications., • Identify opportunities for account growth and supported strategic planning and upsell initiatives., • Provide line management, mentoring, and development support to junior team members., • Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience required: • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an account management role within a creative, marketing, or experiential agency., • Strong understanding of brand-led campaigns, live experiences, and end-to-end project delivery., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting., • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills., • Confident building and maintaining client relationships, including leading meetings and presentations., • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and consistency., • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations., • Comfortable using project management tools, trackers, and reporting systems., • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
