Encapsulate Group Ltd is a business growth agency specialising in digital marketing, web development, and strategic consultancy. We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You’ll support our Growth Consultants and Marketing Team in driving new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality experience for prospects and clients. Key Responsibilities
● Responding to inbound leads and conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
● Pre-qualifying leads using structured criteria
● Booking meetings for our Growth Consultants
● Attending client meetings to support note-taking and follow-ups
● Preparing and updating client proposals
● Following up on leads and managing proposal outcomes
● Maintaining and updating sales pipelines in our CRM
● Supporting client onboarding by coordinating with Accounts and Project Management teams Desirable Experience (not essential)
● An interest in the web or digital marketing industry
● Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, Apollo.io, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
