This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Hire Litigator at LAWTON LAWYERS LIMITED located in Bolton. The Credit Hire Litigator will be responsible for handling legal matters related to credit hire cases, including preparing all court documents; adhering to all court directions and ensuring legal compliance. The successful candidate: - will be responsible for a caseload of between 30-35 files. - will be dealing with all aspects of the file from drafting court documents to settling the file via negotiation / trial - will have at least 2 years experience in credit hire litigation
