Find are delighted to be supporting a Nottingham based, well-established leading training organisation to hire an Employer Engagement Advisor to join their growing team. Our client provide a range of employment related training including Full Time Programmes, Apprenticeships, Employability, Adult Learning Loans and work experience opportunities for adults and young people from diverse backgrounds, that will enhance individuals' employment potential and qualifications. Main purpose: To support growth of Adult Skills programmes including Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs), Legal entitlements (English, maths, first level 2/3), Local Flexibilities and other programmes offered, as required. Engaging and maintaining employer relationships to increase the number of SWAPs offered and learners enrolled on adult skills programmes. Key responsibilities • Build and retain relationships with stakeholders including local JCP advisors and Housing Association contacts to promote programmes and develop learner referrals. - To plan and carry out sales campaigns using a variety of methods such as telesales, field sales, networking and social media activity in order to engage new employers and learners. - Generate opportunities with new employers across specified sectors for new staff recruitment via SWAPs and existing staff upskilling via Functional Skills and qualification delivery. - Attend employer/networking events where applicable to generate business opportunities and be an ambassador for the business. - Complete any necessary paperwork with the employer such as employer contract and Health and Safety checks, to meet funding requirements, ensuring this is compliant. - Effectively account manage employers to maximise opportunities and deliver excellent customer service. - Create, update and maintain employer database/CRM records. Applicants must have • Knowledge of Adult Skills funding - A proven record of positive employer engagement - Good Microsoft Office knowledge - Driving licence and own transport - GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above (or equivalent). The following will be helpful • Experience of working with a devolved authority such as EMCCA - Knowledge of funding across the wider FE sector - A proven track record of achieving sales targets
