Business Operations Coordinator Ewloe Office/Hybrid working Working Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00 – 37.5 hours per week Competitive salary plus excellent career development, discounted products and services and much more We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Operations Co-ordinator to join our highly dedicated Business Operations team in Ewloe. This position is a Hybrid working role. You will effectively bridge the gap between the Sales Teams, our Customers and Finance. Looking after a portfolio of Customers, the main areas of support are Price maintenance, Reporting, Customer Facing Buying Lists, including Admin support for a wide range of requests. A highly professional self-starter, you will already be accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment where the delivery of excellence in service is paramount. Pro-active and self-motivated, you will be highly IT literate, customer-focused, commercially astute and confident in your approach with both internal and external partners. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships, at Sector Manager level & with a portfolio of customers, • Attend customer and business meetings/calls, • Be a primary point of contact on customer and business queries, • Regularly engage with Sector Managers to discuss actions in support of both business and customer activities, • Work pro-actively to improve the customer experience, • Produce regular sales, product, pricing, and delivery reports, • Maintain Pricing, Buying Lists, Product Substitutions & Discounts in line with requests by Sector Manager/customer/supply chain and through bulletins/regular cleansing, • Alignment of internal buying lists with customers/3rd party ordering systems, • Identifying & correct IMS issues for ESI customers, • Update promotional pricing activity, • Order and organise sales and promotional samples, • Provide buddy cover when required, • Work with Sector Manager to set up nominated lines, • Highly IT literate - MS Office (Excel), • Experience working in a fast moving, pressurised team environment, • Commercial awareness, • Customer focused, • Good team player, • Effective communicator, • Able to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure, • Attention to detail
