    Freelance Measured Surveyor & Revit Technician Location: Watford & Surrounding Areas / Greater London (Site visits required) Pay: Competitive per-project rate (e.g., £100–£400+ depending on property size/complexity) Turnaround: 2–3 working days post-survey About the Role We are an established architectural practice seeking a reliable Freelance Measured Surveyor & Revit Technician to handle site measuring and existing-building modeling on an ad-hoc, project-by-project basis. This role is ideal for an experienced technician or surveyor looking for flexible, flexible-frequency freelance work. You will take site measuring off our plate, turning around clean, accurate 3D Revit models of existing conditions so we can jump straight into the design phase. Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate measured surveys of residential and small commercial properties across the local area. Translate survey data into fully accurate 3D Revit models of existing structures. Deliver native Revit files within a 2–3 day turnaround window post-survey. Work alongside the lead designer initially to align on survey standards, transitioning to full independent site visits. Requirements Transport: Own reliable transport to travel to site visits. Software & Hardware: Own workstation/laptop with a valid Revit license. Experience: Strong background in measured site surveys and Revit building modeling. Accuracy & Speed: High attention to detail with the ability to meet 2–3 day turnaround deadlines. (Note: Laser measuring tools can be provided on-site if required.)     We're looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for the tandoor section — marinating, skewering and cooking meats, and producing fresh breads to order throughout service. You'll also be expected to cover the grill section when needed, so experience across both is essential.
