What Youll Do: Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver against KPIs, targets and personal goals Providing overall branch support to your team Conduct daily morning meetings. Developing sales forecasts and implementing branch strategies to drive growth Lead by example in a full 360 recruitment capacity. Building and managing your own desk while maintaining strong client partnerships Provide weekly forecasting to the Senior leadership team. Taking full accountability for branch performance and delivering results against budget Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies Ensuring exceptional service standards for clients and candidates alike What You'll Bring: Proven leadership skills, including team management, performance evaluation, and mentoring experience. Strong 360 recruitment expertise within industries such as manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or similar fields. A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets Experience in business development, client management, and building professional relationships. Knowledge of recruitment strategies, market trends, and compliance with industry regulations.
