Sales Manager High-Growth SaaS | Sales Leadership | People-Focused Role Grafton Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly scaling UK-based SaaS business operating in the RegTech / Compliance technology space, to hire an SME Sales Manager. This is a standout opportunity for a sales leader who thrives on building, motivating, and mentoring high-performing teams — someone energised by seeing others succeed and consistently outperform targets. The Role As SME Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of a team of Sales Associates and Sales Executives, driving performance, coaching in live deal environments, and embedding a high-expectation, high-support culture. This role is ideal for: • An experienced sales manager passionate about people leadership, or What You’ll Be Doing Sales Leadership & Team Performance • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of SME sales professionals, • Own and deliver the SME revenue number, • Drive consistent over-performance against KPIs (conversion, pipeline health, ARR, activity), • Join live discovery, demo, and negotiation calls to provide hands-on coaching, • Run weekly skills sessions, deal clinics, and development workshops, • Partner with reps on key deals to unblock challenges and improve outcomes, • Embed value-led selling and strong negotiation frameworks, • Work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships to optimise lead quality and forecasting, • Maintain CRM discipline and data accuracy, • Implement clear routines, expectations, and accountability frameworks, • A strong people motivator who genuinely enjoys running and developing sales teams, • Experience in SaaS sales (SME segment preferred), • Exposure to AML, KYC, Compliance, Risk or RegTech solutions, • Proven ability to coach live deals and sales conversations, • Data-led mindset with confidence managing pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics, • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.), • Join a multi-award-winning tech company with strong momentum and ambition, • Clear progression opportunities as the business scales, • Supportive, inclusive, and people-first culture, • If you’re motivated by leading from the front, developing talent, and building a high-performance sales culture, we’d love to speak with you.
